- Closed-cell SpenCore® neoprene cushions and absorbs blister-causing shear under the foot
- No heel cup - recommended if you suffer with heel edge blisters when wearing insoles with heel contouring
- Place in shoe green side up — green Silpure antimicrobial top cover helps minimise odour
- Can be hand-washed, air-dry
